Our story

Lara Carty is the founder of Performance habits - a coaching and consultancy practice dedicated to supporting individuals and organisations who are committed to being outlier performers in their field.

Lara’s interest in high performance first developed as a Team GB youth athlete where she observed it was not always the highest potential individuals who achieved the highest levels of performance, but those who developed the right habits.

Lara is a former Chief People Officer of a FTSE 250 organisation, a registered psychologist, a certified executive coach, and a doctoral researcher in expertise, who has two decades of experience supporting individuals with their performance at work.

Coaching

Working with exceptional performers in roles that require them to be at their best. Coaching programmes will work to align desired impact, required expertise and habit formation.

Impact

Exceptional performers act with intention, often supported by an underlying philosophy.
